- Authors

- Abstract
The article analyzes the ejection of Brian Bennett, a sports reporter for the "Courier-Journal" newspaper in Louiseville, Kentucky, from the College World Series of Baseball by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). He was ejected for putting game updates on his blog. The NCCA believes that Bennett's blog committed violations in the exclusive broadcast rights it gave to ESPN for the game coverage.
