- Authors
Dickinson, Colby
- Abstract
An essay is presented on Giorgio Agamben's work regarding biopolitics and theology. The author mentions that Agamben's presentation of messianic reveals to the people the definitions of a human being including one's body, sexuality, and gender. The author concludes that Agamben's work points out the exposure of a human being and the shedding of all ontotheological pretense, thus it is an absolute profanation of one's being beyond religious signification.
