The article highlights the monastic tradition that a worthy monk assiduously cultivates a life of silence filled with meditation and prayer and legitimately interrupt his silence at times, but only for one of two reasons to seek help or to give it when asked; and it happens that the truly worthy monks are rarely seen and still more rarely heard speaking, except by those who live with them in the monastery, sharing their solitude.
