The article a presents a case study of 42 year old male presenting with headaches and decreased vision. It is reported that radiological imaging initially suggested a fungal granuloma, but subsequent cytological examination and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of clival chordoma. It discusses the rarity of clival chordoma, its clinical presentation, and the challenges in diagnosis, emphasizing the importance of histopathological evaluation for diagnostic certainty.
