The effect of low level laser on condylar growth during mandibular advancement in rabbits.
- Abstract
The article presents a study related to the impact of Low Level Laser (LLL) on condylar growth during mandibular advancement in rabbits. The study was conducted in 14 male Albino rabbits with acrylic inclined planes. For statistical analysis, student's t-test, exact fisher and chi square tests were used. The study found out lower formation of fibrous tissue, with higher bone formation in lased group as compared with control group with no differences in thickness of cartilage.
