- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court Case Barras v. BB&T. In this case, an action was taken by the plaintiff Lacy Barras against BB&T on the issues related to overdraft fees, inaccurate and misleading information supply, and uniformed substantive changes in her account. It informs that the Court proposed three provisions on concepcion which includes objectively disfavors arbitration, increased risk to the defendant, and subjective judicial prejudice against arbitration.
