- Abstract
In this article the author discusses aspects on the ability of an executive coach to support his or her associate football manager regarding his or her behavior towards coaching in Great Britain. She notes that managerial actions to confront and provoke needs to be considered and supported to attain success but requires high degrees of sensitivity and skill. An overview on the manager's involvement in diagnostic activities and remedial action is also presented.
