- Abstract
After having endonasal medial maxillectomies pre-lacrimal with lacrimal transposition, the posterosuperior bony wall of the lacrimal pathway, which represents the anterior boundary of the retro-lacrimal recess, is evident, highlighting the feasibility of lesions involving this area. EPLA is a surgical procedure that is gaining popularity; however, the real applicability of this approach is generally related to the anatomy of the MS medial wall and lacrimal pathway.
