The article discusses how failure can work in a positive way in all the facets of professional lives of librarians. The author states that failure can be a powerful catalyst for growth and can function as a significant aspect of personal and professional development through assessment and reflection. She also cites examples of failures that were translated into success as well as explains the benefits of sharing failures in fostering the feeling that it is alright to fail.
