A new flavone, orlumin A (1), together with four known compounds (2–5), was isolated from the fruits of Oroxylum indicum. The structure was elucidated using a combination of spectroscopic methods. Compound 1 showed the highest antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) with a MIC value of 3.1 μg/mL.
