- Title
Poison Prevention.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the prevention of child poisoning, which occurs through the accidental swallowing of poisonous substances found in and around homes. Child poisoning usually occurs by the intake of chemicals or medicines prescribed by physicians and dentists for adults. It is stated that incidents of poisoning have reduced because of the use of child-resistant packaging. The author suggests that physicians should instruct the adult patients on how to protect their children.
