They define infant mental health or infant brain health as well as assert that a clear understanding of infant mental health will significantly assist a clinician's ability to provide high-quality paediatric care for children and their families. They also inform about the attachment relationship between infant and caregiver as well as reference the Adverse Childhood Experience study.
