- Abstract
Ten species of Byssoascus, Myxotrichum and Pseudogymnnoascus( Myxotrichaceae) and Gymnascella (Gymnoascaceae) were tested for their ability to form ericoid mycorrhizas with axenically grown Vaccinium angustifolium seedlings. Positive results were obtained with Myxotriehum setosum and Gymnaseella dankalienses, both of which form Oidiodendron anamorphs and with Pseudogymnoascus roseus, a species with a Geomyces anamorph.
