- Abstract
The article presents highlights of the hospitalized child program of the American Red Cross for exceptional children in the U.S. The program aims to bring about mutual understanding, develop a sense of partnership, and increase participation between disabled children and those who are not. Furthermore, it aims to make homebound and hospitalized children to become participants in the program. The author presents insights on the future prospects of the program.
