- Abstract
The article focuses on the state of special education for exceptional children. Oftentimes, many people neglect special education. Thus, there is a need for people to examine their practices and procedures in special education. Legislation for special education is very helpful as it redefines the roles and relationships of the government with special education. The laws that were made will correct the mistakes made against special education. It will also serve as a reminder to the people about their real roles in special education. Also, students should do their part in special education. Everyone should be involved in public information and public relations for special education. Everyone should know the educational needs of exceptional children.
