- Abstract
The article present a case study of a 53-year-old female patient with seronegative autoimmune encephalitis who developed refractory epilepsy. Topics discussed include seronegative autoimmune encephalitis, a condition characterized by a misguided immune response against the central nervous system, with about half of the cases lacking specific neural antibodies; the challenges in diagnosis and management of this condition; and the use of immunosuppressive therapy to improve patient outcomes.
