- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on case study of 15-year-old male with an acute onset of abdominal pain in the epigastric region. Topics include differential diagnosis and a lipase level should be assessed when a patient presents with symptoms of acute pancreatitis; and patient did not report any trauma or co-ingestions including alcohol or tobacco.
