- Abstract
The article discusses the decision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2014 which ordered the federal government to form an Executive Task Force to develop a strategy of religious tolerance to meet the requirement of the 1973 Constitution. Topics discussed are the 1954 U.S. Supreme Court case Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka which called the equal protection of minority rights and equal education rights, and promotion of democratic values in Pakistan that come with religious freedom.
