- Abstract
The article examines the conceptual and practical linkages that are potential for the exclusion from refugee status and rendition or prosecution of alleged criminals. It addresses four topics including the interconnections between exclusions and extradition in theory and practice, the prosecution of Article 1F(a) crimes, and the relationship between exclusion and expulsion under Article 33(2) of the 1951 Convention. It seeks to recommend improved coordination among international tribunals.
