- Authors
Iannuccelli, Paolo
- Abstract
The Court of Justice sets aside the judgment of the General Court (and refers the case back to it) of 5 October 2011 in Case T-19/06 Mindo v Commission, by which the latter deemed that the applicant has not demonstrated its vested and present interest in pursuing the proceedings and that there was therefore no need to adjudicate on the applicant's action.
