- Abstract
The article discusses the results of an online 2004-2006 educational survey taken by gifted and talented students to present their attitudes toward student engagement in gifted education in the U.S. Topics include student attitudes regarding the importance of the classroom environment and teachers' personal concern, students' desire for control of their curriculum and learning environment, and the importance of positive teacher-student relationships.
