- Abstract
The research aims to investigate the correlation between employees' organizational commitment and their perception of organizational culture and its dimensions. Also investigating the differences in employees' organizational commitment and organizational culture in terms of demographic characteristics (gender, age, and education level) is another aim of research. Within the context of research, a questionnaire was designed and applied to two organizations in health and telecommunication sectors. The results conclude that there is middle level of positive relationship between employees' organizational commitment and their perception of organizational culture and its dimensions. Additionally the results show that there is no significant difference between organizational culture and organizational commitment variables in terms of demographic characteristics which includes gender, age and education level.
