- Abstract
The author offers his response to Robert Louden's criticism of his book "Kant's Political Legacy: Human Rights, Peace, Progress." He explains Louden's concern about his Kantian foundation of human rights stained by the wrong assumption that human beings are the sole entities capable of moral behavior. He says that his discussion of the moral politician mean the obedience of the moral law. which for Kant is known with perfect clarity in the soul of all rational beings.
