Hoberg, George
- Abstract
Constitutional conflicts over energy infrastructure are not confined to questions of law. Th ey are also an object of political conflict among strategic actors pursuing their interests. Examples will be taken from the controversies over Line 9, Energy East, Northern Gateway, and the Trans Mountain Expansion Project.
